PAWTUCKET, R.I. (AP) _ Pawtucket police are looking for a man who bound three people with duct tape and made off with cash during a daytime home invasion.
The victims told police that a man wearing a ski mask and carrying a large knife entered their Greene Street apartment through an unlocked door shortly before 11 a.m. Wednesday. They say he bound them and fled with an undisclosed amount of money. They weren't seriously hurt.
Police say one victim broke free and called police minutes after the suspect left.
The only description they were able to provide was that the man wore a brown hooded sweatshirt, gloves and the mask.
Authorities aren't sure whether the suspect targeted the apartment or robbed the victims at random.
Anyone with information is urged to call Pawtucket police.
