PROVIDENCE, RI- Mayors Taveras & Fung host the very last fair in their eleven–series Mayors' job fair. The two governor candidates joined forces today to get residents back to work.

Over 250 job seekers showed up at the Roger Williams Park Casino, hoping to make a good impression.

Today, numerous companies were hiring from banking, accounting, finance and insurance industries.

"We're doing whatever we can to get people back to work and that's what needs to happen not only in Cranston but throughout the state of Rhode Island," said Mayor Fung.

Mayor Taveras said, "It's not about being a republican or being a democratic; it's about getting people back to work."

Both mayors say what makes this job fair series stand–out is all represented employers must have current job openings.
