The Red Sox win against the Cardinals in game four of the World Series Sunday night guarantees post season baseball returns to Fenway Park.
The Red Sox will take on St. Louis Wednesday night during game six.
As of 6 p.m. Monday, there were about 3,200 tickets left on the website Stubhub.com.
The cheapest seat at that time was $602.59 for right field standing room.
Other seats topped several thousand dollars. For example, an infield grandstand seat was listed for about $5,000.
"The prices are crazy. As I said a man wants to take his family to a game he can't afford it. If its $500, $600, $700 per person for four people … $3,000 plus parking, how much is it gonna cost ya to walk down Yawkee Way? It's ridiculous," said Rick King, Red Sox fan.
In the past the Red Sox have offered day of game tickets. We're still waiting to hear from them if that will be the case on Wednesday.
