FOXBORO, MA- A 37 year old Raynham man is injured after the dump truck he was driving, slams into an overpass on I-495 North.  The crash happened just after 2 Saturday morning at the Route 106 overpass in Foxboro.

State Police say the dump truck's body raised when it approached the overpass, hitting it.   The impact caused the dump body to separate from the rest of the truck and roll over into the travel lanes, spilling fuel onto the road.

The driver was taken to Rhode Island Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No charges have been filed at this time.

The highway was closed until 6:15 Saturday morning while crews removed the truck, cleaned up debris, and checked to make sure the overpass wasn't structurally damaged.  Mass DOT's inspection determined the damage was minimal.

The dump truck is owned by Aggregate Industries out of Saugus, MA.
