The medical license of a doctor who is charged with breaking and entering into a residence at 3 a.m. and possession of marijuana has been suspended.

Roy Main's medical license was suspended on September 9th. He is accused of entering a Westerly home on August 10 around 3 a.m.  There he called out to his friend Bill who he believed let him in.

When Westerly Police arrived on scene, Main informed them that he believed he had entered his friend's home. In his vehicle police discovered two bags containing six grams of marijuana. The vehicle also smelled of marijuana, according to police.

He was arrested and charged with a civil violation for the marijuana and breaking and entering.
