It was a media circus at Attleboro District Court on Wednesday as Aaron Hernandez appeared for a probable cause hearing.

The hearing was delayed because the Bristol County grand jury hasn't indicted Hernandez yet, as they're still going through more evidence against the former Patriots player in the murder of Odin Lloyd. This as the Boston globe reports a Suffolk County grand jury is hearing evidence that could Link Hernandez to a 2012 double murder in Boston.

Today's delay is not sitting well with Hernandez' defense attorneys who say they have enough to get him released.

Hernandez has spent close to a month locked in a tiny jail cell in solitary confinement.  Wednesday's probable cause hearing was the defense's chance to argue he be released. But the prosecution wasn't ready, and the judge continued the hearing for another 30 days.

Defense Attorney Michael Grygiel says they have enough evidence now, to get Hernandez off the hook.

Hernandez is charged with the murder of his friend Odin Lloyd. Prosecutors say Hernandez, Ernest Wallace, and Carlos Ortiz drove Lloyd to an industrial park near his North Attleboro home, where he was shot and killed.

Prosecutors say Lloyd talked to some people Hernandez didn't like, giving him motive to want him dead.

The hearing has been postponed until August 22nd. Which means Hernandez will go back to solitary confinement.

The judge also granted the media's request to unseal some warrants. Including the arrest warrants of Aaron Hernandez and his accomplice, Ernest Wallace. We've also learned some
search warrants will be released. All of those documents become available at 3pm Thursday.
