Investigators say they have made all three major arrests in the North Attleboro murder case. For the past two weeks, investigators have been trying to track down the three men who got into a car with Odin Lloyd the night of his murder.

Friday, two of them sat in Massachusetts jails, a third man is on his way. "We believe that we have the three in custody and we're very pleased about that," said Bristol County District attorney Sam Sutter on Friday following a second arraignment in the case.

On Friday afternoon, Carlos Ortiz, 27, was charged in an Attleboro court. Prosecutors say he was caught on surveillance video illegally carrying a gun the night Lloyd was killed.

Ortiz was arrested on Wednesday at his apartment in Bristol, Conn. – a home he reportedly shares with Aaron Hernandez's uncle.

"Mister Ortiz struck me as being a gentile person who is confused as to how he is in this situation," said Ortiz's attorney Jonathan Connors after his client entered a ‘not guilty' plea.

The third and final piece – Ernest Wallace.

The 41-year-old turned himself in to police in South Florida on Friday, a day after police in Massachusetts released a wanted poster with his picture, and a picture of his car. The Bristol County DA's office says that car has been recovered from a parking lot in Connecticut.

Wallace is charged with being an accessory to murder after the fact. District Attorney Sutter suggested Friday that more charges could be forthcoming in this case.
