From a million dollar home to a jail cell – that's the reality that Aaron Hernandez faced Wednesday after he was denied bail by a Bristol County judge.
But, despite his celebrity status, the Bristol County Sheriff says Hernandez will be treated like any other inmate at the Bristol County House of Corrections.
Hernandez may have to share his ten foot by seven foot jail cell with another inmate. Investigators will also look into whether he is a gang member – if so, they may need to keep him away from certain prisoners.
Not surprisingly, during his stay a number of creature-comforts will be off limits. Cell phones, television, the internet and junk food are all prohibited at the county jail.
