750 students from Roger Williams Middle School are more prepared for disasters as we head into hurricane season.
Volunteers from Fidelity teamed up with students to talk about natural disasters today and participate in an array of field day events
"We feel it is an important thing… The weather recently in this area has been very turbulent and there is a lot going on… We want to make sure that families and the children know what to do," said John Muggervige, the Vice President of Public Affairs for Fidelity.
At the end of the day every student was sent home with a disaster plan and kit to bring home to their family.
