NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. - The FBI has searched the home of Katherine Russell, the wife of now-deceased Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
As of 2:30 p.m. Monday, the FBI concluded its search of the Russell family home and removed a number of items from the house. It is not yet clear what authorities removed from the residence.
Authorities have had their eye on the Russell family as a part of their investigation into the Boston Marathon bombings. Their North Kingstown home on Coriander Lane went up for sale the day after Tamerlan was killed in a shootout with police.
It is not yet clear what authorities are searching for, or if they plan to question other members of the Russell family.
