The search for a man, believed to have had influence on one of the Boston bombing suspects, has led to Rhode Island. According to the New York Times review on books, the mystery–man known as "Misha" is from Rhode Island.
Several of Tamerlan Tsarnaev's relatives mentioned the name, "Misha" saying Tamerlan had fallen under his influence. He's a conservative Muslim convert, now identified as 39–year–old Mikhail Allakhverdov. There is a man listed by that name in West Warwick.
Tsarnaev's mom calls Misha just a friend; "friend he meant like a real, the one he can share his life with."
According to the New York Times review of books, Misha is cooperating with the FBI. U.S. officials say, investigators have found no evidence that Misha had any connection to the Boston Marathon bombing.
