BOSTON, March 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of eUnits™ 2 Year U.S. Market Participation Trust II: Upside to Cap/Buffered Downside (NYSE MKT: ETUB) (the "Fund"), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Scott E. Eston, Benjamin C. Esty, Thomas E. Faust Jr., Allen R. Freedman, William H. Park, Ronald A. Pearlman, Helen Frame Peters, Lynn A. Stout, Harriett Tee Taggart and Ralph F. Verni as Trustees of the Fund, each for a one-year term.
