A school bus and a van collided in Foxboro Mass.,
sending two children and one adult to the hospital.
The collision happen this morning in the area of Ahern
Middle School when a bus and a minivan collided sending the bus off the road
and causing heavy damage to the front end of the van.
The three passengers in the van including a mother and her
two children where transported to the hospital to be treated for what are
believed to be non-life threatening injuries. The mother and one child were
transported to Norwood
Hospital and the other child
was sent to Hasboro children's hospital to be treated in the trauma unit.
The four children and driver aboard the bus were uninjured.
The parents of the children on the bus were called to the scene and the
children were treated by paramedics and the school nurse. Despite the accident
all four kids opted to go to school.
Firefighters on scene say the accident is believed to be
weather related.
