Tomorrow is the start of Spring, but it feels like the dead of Winter. Southern New Englanders are waking up to snow on the ground and freezing rain. Many RI schools are delayed one hour, some Massachusetts schools are delayed 2 hours.

DOT has salted and plowed the main interstates, however side roads are a slushy mess. We could be getting even more snow later on in the week.
