A WINTER STORM WARNING AND A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY 9PM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH 11 AM TUESDAY MORNING...
Snow will arrive Monday evening and continue through late Monday night, accumulating at least an inch along the coast, as much as 2-4 inches in the Providence area and close to 6 inches in the northern part of the state, before changing to rain Tuesday morning. The morning commute is likely to be a mess. Beware of some local flooding in poor drainage areas. Look for highs Tuesday in the upper 30s to lower 40s with gusty ENE winds.
