From rain slicked streets in Johnston to frost covered cars in Pawtucket to whiteout conditions in Foxboro, no matter where you live, a winter storm in March was not welcome news for most.
For plow drivers in Providence like Richard Loughlin, it has been a waiting game.
"I still have to wait another 10 to 12 hours before I start," Loughlin said. "Then it is work for 15 hours after that.
The farther north you go, the more snow on the ground.
In Attleboro, street signs were barely visible, and in Mansfield, plows were already hitting the streets. The town already received 7 inches on snow on Thursday, and they are bracing for more.
