Classical Holds Off Hope, North Providence Beats Tolman, NP and Rogers Girls Win

Classical held off Hope 79 to 75. Kealen Ives celebrated his 17th birthday with 34 points.

North Providence beat Tolman 47 to 45 thanks to a pair of free throws by Joel Diaz with five seconds left.

In girls basketball, North Providence overcame a 15 point second half deficet to beat Moses Brown, 44 to 37.

And Rogers remained unbeaten after bouncing Coventry, 56 to 46. The Vikings are now 13-0 overall.
