A Pawtucket man accused of driving drunk and crashing into a
24-year-old mother in Attleboro has been charged with vehicular manslaughter,
manslaughter, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and OUI.
32-year-old Jason Kwolek was arraigned in Fall River Superior court on Thursday to face
additional charges stemming from the Sept. 20 incident when he crashed his jeep
head on with a vehicle driven by Kaisha Guerrini.
Guerrini, a mother of a three year old and a member of the National
Guard, was killed in the accident.
