And the flag wasn't still there in Foxboro where police are
looking for two suspects who allegedly stole the American Flag from a flag post
in the Foxboro Common. The two are also suspected to have broken into a former fire
station on School St.
The incident took place sometime late Friday night or early
Saturday morning.
Police found items from inside the old fire station
including a computer screen and a CPR mannequin that appear to have been thrown
from the roof of the building.
The flag is the only item reported stolen. A replacement
flag as been flown in its place.
