Gay Marriage bill on the table today

The long debate over gay marriage in Rhode Island is intensifying. Representative Art Handy says he's introducing a bill Today. House Speaker Gordon Fox wants the House to vote on gay marriage before the end of the month. Senate President Paiva–Weed, who opposes gay marriage, says she'll allow a committee vote, if the bill passes the House.
