PROVIDENCE, R.I. - It's the first big snow of the season, you'd think that it would keep drivers off of the road , that's not the case, travelers were out in full force.
The streets and highways were full of travelers like Gabriel Crawley who drove up from Groton to the airport. He, like other drivers, refused to let a few inches of snow get in the way of their plans.
Gabriel's says, "we're up here picking up someone from the airport who flew in from Ohio and we drove 35 miles an hour just to be safe".
Teague Sobin had a little snow-related car trouble.
He says, he had a little defrost problem, the snow got into all of his car's vents.
That didn't stop him or his daughters from traveling and enjoying the snow.
