One day after two bodies were found in an upscale apartment in Pawtucket, we're learning more about the man police say strangled his girlfriend before killing himself.
Messages are flooding facebook and twitter after Pawtucket police reveal what happened inside the loft apartments on Goff Ave. "This is a murder suicide the man had murdered the woman and then hung himself, " says Major Arthur Martins of the Pawtucket Police Department.
We're learning more about the man involved. 21–year–old Frederico Rico was in the Air Force. His girlfriend 23–year–old Natasha Marshall was training at the Wyatt Detention prison academy to become a prison guard, while also working as a clerk at a Citizen's Bank branch, but police say this once happy couple started having problems. "There was some type of dispute that was going on there was some arguing, " says Martins.
Police know this because of several hand–written notes Rico left at the scene. "There were sufficient information in those notes to lead us to conclude what happened, " adds Martins.
Police aren't telling us what those notes said, but a source tells ABC 6... Marshall was having an affair with her instructor at Wyatt, leading Rico to take his girlfriend's life and then his own. "The male was found with a cable around his neck it was tied to a railing on a second floor landing and the female was found in bed. they were both deceased, " says Martins.
