Police caught on camera making teens do push-ups as punishments

An unusual punishment in North Providence puts police jobs on the line. Cops caught teens vandalizing a mailbox, and instead of filing a report, they ordered the teens to drop and do push-ups. A neighbor captured the incident on video. The four officers are under investigation and Mayor Charles Lombardi wants them suspended. The acting police chief has ordered an internal investigation.
