The 27th Annual "Trouble in Toyland" report pinpoints several toys that have small parts that kids can choke on. The report warns consumers to look out for chemicals including lead and phthalates, which can impair a child's development.
Phthalates have been linked to reproductive and cognitive health impacts in children.
Organizers behind the report advise: "We want people to really research the toys that they're buying for their children, particularly anything that they put in their mouth would be more worrisome."
