Pawtucket police are investigating two shootings that happened overnight. Both occurred on Mer rick Street on Monday night, and the other just hours later around 2 A.M. An eyewitness on scene, who didn't want to be identified tells ABC 6 what he saw from the first shooting.
"I was sitting in the backyard, I heard two cars fly up the
street, I heard both cars stop and I heard a fire arm being discharged, and the
car that was getting shot at went reversing down the street, and smashing into
another car over there," said the witness.
A woman was injured in one of the two shootings. No word on her condition.
