Student loan bill, preventing interest hikes, to be signed into law

Good news for students stressing over rising college loans. A measure preventing new loan interest rates from skyrocketing, will be signed into law today.

U.S. Senator Jack Reed will join the President at the White House for the ceremony. Interest rates on new student loans were set to double, but the massive measure passed by Congress will prevent that.
