Providence police make arrest in Salmon Street shooting

Providence police arrested Michael Tully also known as Michael Vanover, of Fairfield Street Providence, in connection with the shooting death of Ralph Joseph on May 30th.

The 29 year old was taken into custody yesterday afternoon and was arraigned before a judge 6^th District Court this morning.

He is currently held without bail.
