An elementary school janitor is charged with taking pictures of a woman in a school bathroom.

57-year-old Bruce Tidwell is a janitor at the  Letourneau Elementary School in Fall River. Police say as a woman was using a restroom at the school, she heard a click. She opened the stall door and saw Tidwell on his hands and knees with a flip phone. He denies taking any pictures. Police are analyzing his phone.
