PC Guard Bryce Cotton Says He's Committed to Staying with the Friars

Reports yesterday said PC guard Bryce Cotton had asked for his release from the school.  Today, Cotton released this statement through the school's sports information department.

MEN'S BASKETBALL STUDENT-ATHLETE BRYCE COTTON  

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Providence College sophomore guard Bryce Cotton (Tucson, Ariz.) issued the following statement today:

"I am fully committed to our basketball program and I am excited about the direction the program is headed in.  I am looking forward to continuing my education and graduating from Providence College."
