The winner of the 60-million dollar Powerball jackpot who planned to collect her prize Tuesday was a no show at the last minute. Kathleen Last a woman in her 50's from Smithfield won the March 7th drawing. She sent her lawyer to Lottery Headquarters in Cranston to face the media instead of going herself.

"She's a private person, she'd like to if at all possible continue with her normal life and maintain her privacy." said Edmund Alves, Kathleen Last's lawywer.

Last will get a lump sum payment of 25-million dollars and she's set up a trust to handle her winnings. She plans on using her windfall to help her family including a young disabled niece.
